Steel tanks 200/232bar
Diving cylinders and pressure gas cylinders of the pressure level 200 bar / 232 bar are the most widespread and are used in diving equipment as well as rebreathers, and also in paintball and firefighting. A large number of different steel bottle sizes makes a division of pressure levels sensible. These pressure vessels are delivered without attachments, without a valve, without a protective cap, and without a base. The bottle bodies have a surface coating as paint or powder coating. The necessary papers and certificates are included so that completion as a diving cylinder, breathing apparatus, or as a bottle for the transport of gases is possible. Due to different uses, the inspection intervals of the recurring inspection vary. According to the Occupational Safety Regulations, the inspection intervals for diving cylinders are 2.5 years, for breathing apparatus 5 years, and for industrial bottles 10 years.
