Assembly Instructions for Valves on Compressed Gas Cylinders/Diving Tanks
WARNING: The assembly of pressure-retaining components such as valves, shut-off devices and safety devices may only be performed by trained personnel and must always be carried out in accordance with applicable standards.
Torques for Gas Cylinder Valves, Diving Tank Valves and Pneumatic Components
Recommended tightening torques according to EN ISO 13341 for screwing valves into gas cylinders, cylinder neck rings and diving tanks made of the following materials and cylinder neck threads.

We recommend following the lower value of the standard to avoid over-tightening or damaging the threads.
When installing valves with threads M25x2 and M18x1.5 according to DIN EN 144-1 or DIN EN ISO 15245-1, ensure that the correct O-ring is used (25x3.6 or 18x2.7) and that any protruding paint residues from coating are removed. Failure to observe this assembly instruction may result in personal injury/harm and/or damage to the pressure vessel.
How to Find the Right Valve
As a manufacturer of diving tank valves, we offer a wide selection of valves, combinations between cylinder neck threads (M25x2, M18x1.5, Small Taper E17, Large Taper E25 and G3/4") as well as outlet threads (G5/8" 200bar, G5/8" 300bar, M26x2 200bar, M26x2 300bar and G3/4" for oxygen and W21.8 for argon as inflation gases for dry suits).

Explanation of Valves/Table:
B-valves are valves used as diving tank valves such as mono and bridge valves as offered by many manufacturers, these can also be expanded to a twin valve.
S-valves are "Standard valves" with one outlet and are modeled after industrial valves since this is referred to as "standard" in industry. The shut-off is at the top of the valve, the outlet is on the side.
SH-valves are the same as S-valves, pure mono valves, the outlet and shut-off are horizontally aligned and stand on one axis.
SV-valves have a vertical outlet, the outlet is in line with the cylinder and the shut-off is on the side of the valve. These valves were specially developed for distance swimming.
Valve orientation: In technology, when determining directions of rotation and outlets, one always looks at the outlet side. So we always look "into" the outlet thread of the valve and can thus determine the direction. If the handwheel is on the right side, it is a "Right valve", if the handwheel is on the left side, it is a "Left valve".
The pressure distinction between 200bar, 232bar and 250bar is irrelevant. All "200bar" valves are, as designated in the standard, suitable for the pressure level up to 250bar. 300bar valves are also specified in the standard with a pressure level of up to 350bar and can be safely used up to these pressures.
