Versatile Industrial Cylinders: For Various Gases and Applications
Industrial and pressure gas cylinders are typically not used directly as diving cylinders but find applications in various fields, such as in the form of 5-liter, 10-liter, 20-liter, 50-liter, and 80-liter gas cylinders. These pressure vessels are used for various gases, including oxygen, helium, argon, carbon dioxide, compressed air, mixed gases, shielding gases, nitrogen, and many more. They are also suitable for building storage tanks and are available as both 200-bar and 300-bar gas cylinders.
The bottle neck threads vary depending on the size and purpose of the pressure gas cylinders. Smaller pressure gas cylinders use small conical threads (17E) or M18x1.5mm threads. Larger cylinders use large conical threads (25E) or M25x2mm threads. A very rare bottle neck thread is M30x2, which is mainly used in industrial cylinders made of aluminum.
50L Steel Storage Cylinder for Compressed Air or Pneumatic Systems, 350 bar Operating Pressure, 525 bar Test Pressure. These specialized cylinders are designed for creating compressed air storage units in pneumatic systems for filling pressures up to 330 bar. This pressure vessel is intended to be interconnected with appropriate piping to form cylinder bundles and compressed air storage bridges. Delivery is without valve and protective cap.
80-liter steel cylinder for compressed air or breathing air, 300 bar operating pressure / 450 bar test pressure. A more cost-effective storage cylinder compared to a 50-liter compressed air cylinder. Two of these cylinders contain more compressed air than two 50-liter steel cylinders.
