200/232bar
The operating pressure 200/232 bar refers to the pressure under which a system or machine operates.
Exhaust valve with 3x G1/4" inside (for pressure gauge connection). For venting pneumatic assemblies when assembling filling valves and filling systems for compressed air or inert gases (suitable for oxygen).
Thread adapter for filling and withdrawing cylinders with noble gas, carbon dioxide, argon, or helium valves 200 bar with W21.8 and residual pressure valve to compressed air G5/8" 200 bar female thread.
The G3/4" thread adapter is used for valves on 200 bar oxygen cylinders. The newer type of gas cylinder valves are equipped with a residual pressure valve. This residual pressure valve is actuated using this adapter. The thread adapter features a G3/4" female thread standard connection for oxygen to G5/8" 200 bar compressed air.
The W24.32 female thread is used for nitrogen cylinders. The newer type of gas cylinder valves are equipped with a residual pressure valve. This residual pressure valve is opened using this adapter. The thread adapter features a W24.32 200 bar standard female connection for nitrogen to a G5/8" 200 bar compressed air female thread.
Filling adapter for carbon dioxide for filling CO₂ and argon cylinders with valves according to DIN 477-6 equipped with a residual pressure valve (RPV). The W21.8 thread is used for all cylinder valves applied in shielding gas welding, including argon, helium, carbon dioxide, and argon gas mixtures.
Filling adapter for nitrogen according to DIN 477-10 for filling nitrogen cylinders with valves that have flow protection / residual pressure valves. Residual pressure valves operate similarly to check valves and must be actuated to refill the gas cylinder.
Adapter for normal air to normal air, extended threads
