Thread Adapter according to DIN 477-10 for Nitrogen W24.32 for Valves with Flow Protection or Residual Pressure Valve
Nitrogen cylinders are equipped with valves that include flow protection / residual pressure valves. This additional valve, a type of check valve, prevents nitrogen gas from dropping to 0 bar if the cylinder valve is accidentally opened, leaving a residual pressure of 5 bar in the cylinder. To fill these nitrogen cylinders, this valve must be opened during the filling process using the set screw.
