Drilling jig BV 2000
The drilling jig or drill stand from Proxxon is made of high-precision machined die-cast aluminum parts. With a double-swivel articulated arm and 20 mm system fit, it is the irreplaceable drill stand for all Proxxon Micromot devices
The clamped device always remains vertically aligned to the table. This means that holes are always drilled exactly perpendicular to the workpiece surface! Pre-selectable drilling depth by depth stop with easy-to-read scale, an adjustable spring which automatically pulls the device into the upper rest position after the drilling process, complete the function of the drill stand / drilling device. Face-milled, solid base plate with 200 x 200 mm usable table surface and two continuous T-slots according to Micromot standard (12 x 6 x 5 mm). Sturdy drill column (Ø 45 mm, 500 mm long) demonstrates the consistently outstanding quality of Proxxon products.
The 20 mm system fit of the drilling jig enables precise clamping of drilling devices such as the FBS 240/E fine drill grinder, IBS/E industrial drill grinder and other Proxxon Mocromot devices
