Double Pack 10L 300 bar with Lockable Manifold 193mm Bottle Distance
Double diving units are indispensable for technical diving.
The 300 bar technology significantly reduces the size of diving cylinders while simultaneously increasing the supply of breathing gas. Additionally, the increase in volume weight reduces the amount of lead needed. This is derived from the following calculation: 14 kg net weight of the 10-liter 300 bar diving cylinder with a 178mm diameter, which is 1.86 liters of steel. Adding the internal volume of 10 liters, the cylinder has a water displacement of 11.86 liters. According to Archimedes' principle, the diving cylinder loses 11.86 kg of net weight in water. Thus, there remains a 2.14 kg negative buoyancy with an empty diving cylinder, which is doubled for the double unit... resulting in approximately 4 kg less diver lead required.
