In the breathing air filters of the compressors, the different granulates activated carbon and molecular sieve are separated from each other by felt disks. This also ensures that the air flowing through is better distributed and prevents the formation of channels. If channels form in the filter cartridges of the breathing air filters, the contact time with the drying granulate molecular sieve and the activated carbon is shortened so that adequate filtration is not achieved.
These felt disks are also suitable for the breathing air filters of the Coltri Sub MCH6 series compressors. The breathing air compressors of the MCH6 series are high-pressure compressors with a filling capacity of 100 l/min. With a maximum pressure of 300 bar.
